Shipping Policy

At WIESEL, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Timelines

Metro cities: 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Non-metro areas: 4–7 working days from dispatch.

Please note: Delays may occasionally occur due to courier constraints, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders, regardless of order value.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat ₹149 COD charge will apply in addition to the shipping fee, if any.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

You can also track your order directly through the 'Track Your Order' page on our website.

Failed Deliveries & Re-shipping

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.

If both attempts fail due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package will be returned to us.

In such cases, customers may be required to pay re-shipping charges for the order to be dispatched again.

To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at the time of order placement.
