Return & Refund Policy

At Wiesel, we value your trust. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent 7-day return policy. Please read the terms carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Applicability of Policy

By placing an order on wiesel.in and/or initiating a return request through the Orders section, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

We may update or revise these terms from time to time. Please review this policy before initiating a return to ensure you understand the applicable conditions.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product does not fit.
  • The product is defective.
  • Parts of the product or accessories are missing.

 

3. Mandatory Conditions for Returns

For your return to be accepted:

  • The t-shirt must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Products showing foul odour, perfume, stains, tears, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
  • The return must be initiated against the same order under which the product was purchased and match our records.
  • If multiple products were purchased as a set, the entire set must be returned.

We reserve the right to reject a return if these conditions are not met.

 

4. Return Process

  1. Log in to your account and go to the Orders section.
  2. Select the product you wish to return and submit a request.
  3. Pick-up will be attempted twice by our courier partner. If the courier is unable to collect the shipment after two attempts, you will be required to send the product back to our warehouse address.

    Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode.

 

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and passes our Quality Check (QC), your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of a Wiesel Gift Card, which will be sent to your registered email.
  • Gift cards can be used for future purchases on wiesel.in and do not expire.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are not provided.

 

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product or size exchanges.
If you require a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order using your gift card.

 

7. Cancellations

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled. If you choose to return a prepaid order, a gift card refund will be issued after QC.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
We will cover the return shipping and issue a full gift card refund after QC approval.
